Delivery Options

UK or Worldwide Delivery

UK Kerb Side Delivery

FSDC Global uses its own dedicated fleet of vehicles and experienced delivery teams to make UK nationwide deliveries.

In general our large curtain side trucks are securely loaded up on the last working day of the week in drop sequence and commence delivery at the start of the following week making multiple drops along the way, this proves to be efficient whilst also being conscious of our carbon footprint.

After placing your order:
  • We allocate a week commencing delivery date and confirm via email
  • Nearer the time we issue a text message to confirm the exact delivery day
  • An hour before when en-route our driver will phone to check you are ready to accept delivery*

*Due to the extreme weight of door and window products our driver will require assistance on arrival to off-load your order. You are required to have two able bodied people to assist in unloading. To avoid any delivery issues please also advise of any obstructions, access or restrictions in place in consideration for a large 12 tonne delivery vehicle and arrange for any required permits in advance.

Supply only

FSDC Global also offer a ‘supply only’ option on all of it’s door and window products, allowing our customers the opportunity of installing themselves. It also allows customers to save money on fitting.

We supply direct to homeowners, self builders, professional builders, contractors and trade customers alike, with the option to collect direct from our UK factory or take advantage of our Nationwide Delivery Service using our own delivery teams and dedicated vehicle fleet. For customers further afield we offer Worldwide Shipping and Air Freight options.

All our quality made-to-measure supply only doors and windows are made in the UK, and issued with an industry leading 10 year product warranty and 10 year manufacturers warranty.

Worldwide Shipping

FSDC Global can ship anywhere in the world!

FSDC Global use dedicated shipping agents to safely transport our quality products around the globe. By partnering with shipping agents we offer customers a slick delivery process, and can advise on any taxes and import duties (if applicable), as well as the logistical process.

We make regular shipments to the US and Canada, or equally we can arrange for single consignments to be shipped to any port in the world. We can even arrange for onward travel from the port of docking to final destination, or equally arrange for your local collection.

All door and window orders are individually packed per customer with custom built wooden crates for protection and conform to the International Standard on Wood Packaging and Marking, see our ISPM 15 Certificate.

Air freight

FSDC Global can DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

If a quick lead time is required then we can arrange for your door and window order to be air freighted directly to your chosen airport. Our agents can advise if any taxes and import duties are applicable, as well as informing you of the logistical process.
